Byzantine, ca. 1000 CE. This is a collection of four small religious items from the Byzantine era. Three are bronze: a cross decorated with holes, a cross with a fine carving of the crucifixion, and a small square panel decorated with a cross. The fourth is a delicate and beautifully detailed silver cross. Size of largest: 3.4″ L x 2.4″ W (8.6 cm x 6.1 cm).
